When you contact us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address and message by email. The website itself does not store those details. We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as a processor to deliver that email; your browser does not connect to Brevo. If you email or call us, we use the details you provide to answer your question and discuss a potential project.
Brevo’s processing terms form part of their terms of service. Further information is available in the Brevo privacy policy.
For a quotation or project enquiry, we process data to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Statistics and hosting
The website runs on Vercel. Vercel processes technical request data to deliver pages and secure the service. On the published website, we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated statistics. It works without cookies and without browser storage; analytics does not store IP addresses and does not track visitors across websites.
Vercel may process data outside the EEA. Applicable processing terms and transfer safeguards are described in Vercel’s data processing addendum. See also the Vercel privacy policy.
How long do we retain data?
We do not retain form data. We keep business correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry or the resulting relationship, and longer where a legal retention obligation or an ongoing dispute requires it. The precise period depends on the type of record. Ask us which period applies to your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights apply under the conditions in GDPR articles 15–22.
