Understand your process
We look at your product, the operations and the bottlenecks in production. Together, we establish what the robot cell needs to do and how operators will work with it.

Simulate and select the robot
Virtual simulation lets us assess reach, payload, movements and expected cycle time. We then select the robot type and model independently of brand, before developing the cell design.

Design and integrate
We develop the layout and coordinate the gripper, safety, control and vision. The robot cell is integrated with the infeed, outfeed and machines in your production process.
For a complex project, we start small
Not every process can be proven on paper. For complex questions, we propose a paid, limited-scope feasibility study. A proof of concept shows what works before you commit to a complete robot cell.
Test with your own product
We test the critical operation using your parts and the variation in your production.
Analyse results
We analyse and present the results to you. With complete transparency about feasibility, limitations and what still needs attention.
